BITTENBYSHARKS, the famous photography duo is leading a unique expedition to the Southern Red Sea! They have secured the services of the brand new ‘DESMONDO’ live-aboard and have space for only 18 lucky divers that will encounter the red sea like no other.
The 17 day expedition includes 12 days on the ship departing Hurgada and the itinerary includes some of the most famous dive sites in the world. We will visit the Brothers, Deadelius, Rocky Island, St. Johns and Elphinstone, research these names and you will be impressed.
That is why we call this expedition ‘The Best of the Red Sea’.
And we aim to give you the best: You will be accompanied from Johannesburg by Claudia and Leon of Bittenbysharks who will take care of all the finer details while you sit back and relax and enjoy your well-earned holiday. Once you have checked in to the luxurious ‘Desmondo’ your every whim will be taken care of while you are doing the best diving you have ever experienced, and Claudia and Leon will provide the photographers with regular tips and tricks so you can take better pictures than ever before. And if you are a new diver, don’t despair; with over 10 000 dives between them and thousands of certifications to their credit; diving with Claudia and Leon is a pleasure, so you can relax and enjoy.
Itinerary:
SUNDAY 27 JULY: Depart Johannesburg for Cairo
MONDAY 28 JULY: Depart Cairo by air for Hurgada, transfer to DESMONDO
TUESDAY 29 JULY - SATURDAY 9 AUGUST: Diving on Brothers, Daedelius, Rocky island, St. Johns and Elphinstone reefs.
SUNDAY 10 AUGUST: Transfer to Hurgada, overnight in Hurgada.
MONDAY 11 AUGUST: Hurgada to Cairo to Johannesburg.
TUESDAY 12 AUGUST: Arrive in Johannesburg.
